How does the National Economic Model view the human factor?

According to our theses, the statement that available resources are insufficient to meet human needs is erroneous. On the contrary, in order to satisfy needs of a human being both in space and on Earth there are thousands of resources which are “limitless and constantly renewable”. Alternatively, human needs are limited.

If there is something infinite in human beings, it is their “passions”. As for the basic and standard human needs (in food, drink, heat, clothes, housing, etc.), they are limited, and it is quite possible to enumerate hundreds, thousands of sources for their satisfaction.
